Thank you for choosing Zeel. This page explains how we ship Happy Radiance, Happy Hydrate, Happy Ageing (Veg and Marine Collagen), Happy Dreams, Happy Belly Shots and Protein Crisps.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and handed to our delivery partner within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your pin code. Remote locations can take longer.

How we pack your order

Our 30-sachet boxes, ready-to-drink Happy Belly Shots and the Protein Crisps jar are packed so they travel safely. If you order several products, they may arrive in one parcel or in separate parcels.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

When your parcel arrives

Please check the outer box, the product seals and the best-before date. If anything looks damaged or tampered with, please do not use it. Take clear photos or a short unboxing video and contact us right away. See our Refund Policy for the steps.

Delivery issues
